Royal Garden Assago Milano Hotel

The breakfast was super tasty, and i loved how comfy the room was. The staff were really friendly and went outta their way to help us. It was super easy to get around since the hotel is close to the metro station and highway. The garden area was beautiful too!

The bathroom seals could use some work and the furniture felt a bit old. The noise from the street was sometimes annoying.

Convenient place for concert goers at the Mediolanforum! The breakfast was the best I''ve had in Eurpoe! . (The directions for walking to the concert given by staff not very clear. We were very disspointed by the dinner accomodations. Upon arrival we asked about dinnera and were told the hotel had a very nice restuarnt. But staff didn't explain that we needed reservations and that they didn't open until 19:30 open until 7:30. So alas my dining experince in Itay for one night was at the Autogrill, shame, shame.. Rooms were wonderful and clean.

We came to Milano to visit the concert in Mediolanum Forum (Assago). This is the best and the nearest hotel from the Mediolanum Forum (only 3 minutes walk).

The room was hot, and we found a bug, but it was otherwise comfy.

the location is marvellous and perfect, 1 km from an indoor sports arena. it has courteous and nice staff with his assistant manager.

The air-con was under repairs and did not work throughout our stay. The hotel should have offered a reduced price to compensate for this lack of service.That was the only sad part.

Room for Improvement but Decent Stay

The room had potential with a great layout but suffered from maintenance issues, like a dirty shower. I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the bar, where the staff were friendly, despite some miscommunication at the reception. For a better experience, verify room conditions upon check-in.

It is a very good choice if you go there for a concert. Mediolanum Forum is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, beautiful garden, polite staff.

High WiFi charges are excessive!!! The air conditioning barely functioned, leaving the room uncomfortably hot!!! Limited electrical outlets made charging devices inconvenient!!! Improvement needed in customer service responsiveness!!!

Location: the hotel was very close to the center of Milano, Mediolanum Forum which a lot of concerts are held there and the concert venue and the metro station. Truly enjoyed the attractively furnished room, and the nice view over gardens...

Perfect spot for a getaway!

The room was super spacious with comfy vibes. The bar had this chill atmosphere that we loved. Seriously, breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries. Just wish the aircon worked a little better during the day. Still, can't complain about the proximity to the metro!

We enjoyed a pleasant stay, especially the spacious Junior Suite with its comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The breakfast had an excellent variety but was lacking by late hours.
